Abstract
Building on The Lancet Group's diversity pledge and previous initiatives to advance gender and racial equity, at The Lancet Primary Care we would like to share our baseline data on the community we have built over this first year of activity and announce our commitments to equity, diversity, and inclusion as a journal.
