Abstract

• ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs have been successfully prepared and validated via such as transmission electron microscopy techniques and so on. • RNA sequencing technology results showed that ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs inhibited PPAR-1/NLRP3 signal pathway. • ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs promoted skin wound healing by inhibiting the PPAR-1/NLRP3 signal pathway. Skin defect caused by trauma, burn, chronic trauma and wound infection is one of the most common clinical problems. The aim of the present study was to search for new treatment methods in skin wound healing. Iron ion (Fe 2+ )-honokiol (HA) complex was encapsulated by ZIF-8 to form ZIF-8@Fe-HA nanoparticles (ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs). All rats were made 1 cm × 1 cm at dorsal midline full-thickness skin excision injury model. The mechanism of ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs promoting wound healing was investigated via RNA sequencing technology. Results ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs have been successfully prepared and validated via techniques such as transmission electron microscopy techniques and so on. RNA sequencing technology results showed that ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs inhibited PPAR-1/NLRP3 signal pathway and promoted skin wound healing. ZIF-8@Fe-HA NPs promoted skin wound healing by inhibiting the PPAR-1/NLRP3 signal pathway.
