Abstract

• The performance of the RFC in processing a coarser copper ore was investigated. • The effects of a high and low gas flux on coarse particle flotation were assessed. • The first stage RFC at high gas flux recovered well liberated particles. • The low gas flux favoured recovery of the coarser particles.
