Abstract

With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the domain of information security is encountering increasingly complex challenges. Integrated circuits (ICs), as fundamental components for information processing and data transmission, have emerged as critical elements in ensuring the physical security of information systems. Optoelectronic thin film materials, owing to their distinctive optical and electrical properties, offer promising avenues for next-generation chip security. This paper presents a systematic review of recent developments in the application of optoelectronic thin film materials for chip security, and explores the potential advantages of employing microfluidic technology in their fabrication.
