Versatile organic−inorganic hybrid perovskites with multispectral response and electromagnetic properties
Abstract
The diversity, unique structure, tunable band gaps, and exceptional optoelectronic properties of organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites provide favorable conditions for their electromagnetic applications across multispectral ranges. By revealing the interaction mechanisms of charges and dipoles, multispectral compatibility can be explored to advance device integration processes. Consequently, developing multispectrum-compatible hybrid perovskite materials and devices hold immense application potential and will emerge as a hot research focus. This work analyzes the regulatory mechanism of their multispectral response and highlights cutting-edge multi-frequency research. In addition, in order to address the bottlenecks and challenges faced by hybrid perovskite materials in expanding their multispectral applications, this work presents constructive views from various perspectives, including the structural diversity, dielectric property tunability, multispectral response compatibility design, multifunctional integration techniques, and artificial intelligence assistance, aiming to promote the development of cross band hybrid perovskite-based electromagnetic materials and devices.
