Abstract

• Multi-cycle recycling behaviour of polypropylene investigated for FGF printing. • Mechanical performance of rPP evaluated across six recycling cycles. • SEM, Raman spectroscopy, and DSC were used to examine microstructural evolution. • Fractography correlated failure mechanisms with molecular degradation. • Large-format FGF printing demonstrated major fabrication time savings vs FFF.
