Abstract

In the educational domain, evaluating teaching effectiveness is a paramount challenge affecting both educators and students. The primary goal of the study is to develop an inclusive and effective educational model capable of accommodating the increasing inclusivity and diversity among students. This study employs robust statistical analysis within a college mathematics teaching and learning model framework. The rigorous process is rooted in mathematical and statistical theories, complemented by an educational framework, to fulfill the need for a comprehensive exploration of model evaluation and prediction through model comparisons, yielding profound insights into teaching effectiveness for further study. Through investigating disparities using statistical methodologies for a multivariate dataset, the study acknowledges the inherent complexity in analyzing educational datasets, which encapsulate a multitude of critical factors spanning demographics, health behaviors, and societal shifts that are centered on critical factors. The randomness approach that is used to enhance the generalization of the experiment to reduce confounding issues, however, indicates the imperativeness of diversifying sample selection, which may be the root cause of the inaccuracy of estimation while developing robust models for advancing studies. As a result, further study must be conducted to drive improvements toward the overall quality of education within society.
