Abstract
Cadmium selenide zinc sulfide quantum dot (CdSe/ZnS QD) microspheres were prepared using the membrane emulsification method. An immunochromatographic kit was developed with double detection line (T line) using the CdSe/ZnS QD fluorescent microsphere-directed labeling technology and combined with the immunochromatographic platform.
