Abstract

Cross-coupling reactions are key chemical transformations allowing efficient construction of structurally diverse molecules. This review surveys recent progress in metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions conducted under mechanochemical conditions. In recent years, a variety of mechanochemical protocols have been developed that allow the realization of Suzuki-Miyaura, Heck, Sonogashira, Negishi cross-coupling, cross-electrophile couplings, and Buchwald-Hartwig aminations.
