Abstract

This paper presents the concept of a calibration system for rolling bearing vibration transducer, aiming to enhance measurement accuracy and reliability. The proposed system includes key components such as an shaker, reference transducer, amplifier, digital-to-analog converter, software, and a robust mechanical structure. The study analyzes factors affecting calibration effectiveness and measurement uncertainty, including external interferences and signal processing precision. The system developed at Kielce University of Technology is discussed, featuring a Brüel & Kjær 4809 shaker and reference transducer for precise calibration. Future work focuses on establishing an uncertainty budget and refining measurement structures.
