Abstract

Robotic-assisted esophagectomy in an LVADsupported patient. CENTRAL MESSAGEEsophagectomy can be safely performed in selected patients with durable LVAD support using a physiology-driven approach addressing preload dependence, OLV tolerance, and conduit perfusion.
