Abstract

) to synthesize organophosphorus compounds through a visible-light-induced electron donor-acceptor (EDA) complex-mediated reaction, which avoids the traditional chlorination process. This method enables the one-step construction of various organophosphorus compounds containing P-S, P-C, and P═O bonds. The metal-free, one-pot reaction features mild conditions, simple operation, and excellent functional group compatibility, demonstrating potential application value in the synthesis and modification of pharmaceutical molecules.
