Abstract

Philadelphia chromosome–positive (Ph⁺) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) accounts for approximately 20–30% of adult B-cell ALL cases [ 1 ]. Historically, Ph⁺ ALL has been associated with poor outcomes due to intrinsic chemoresistance. The integration of BCR::ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) into frontline induction regimens has dramatically improved complete remission (CR) rates to >95%. Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) remains the standard consolidation strategy for patients in first CR [ 2 ].
