Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, there was a typographical error in the Abstract, where in the text now reading “…under nitrogen limitation, some RNAs undergo alternative promoter usage,” the word undergo was missing; a typographical error in the Fig. 2a x -axis label, where in the text now reading “Counts (RPM, ADPRC–),” ADPRC– appeared originally as “ADPRC+”; and a typographical error on the Fig. 5i y -axis, where the percentage value “100” was missing. The text and figures are now updated in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
