Potassium ion fluorescent sensing in chemically stimulated mammalian cells using a GINKO2-encapsulated sensor fibremat
Abstract
Successful construction of a K + -sensing fibermat by encapsulating GINKO2 within fibermat nanofibres enables reversible and quantitative K + detection, secreted from chemically-stimulated mammalian cells.
