Abstract

Probe ECL could be activated by LAP with high sensitivity and excellent selectivity to emit NIR fluorescence. ECL-based fluorescence imaging of AKI achieved earlier diagnosis than serum marker determination and histological analysis of the kidneys. Furthermore, ECL was successfully used to monitor the progression of renal injury during breast cancer chemotherapy.
