Effects of hydrogen transport on the kinetic regimes of 4-nitrophenol reduction by sodium borohydride
Abstract
4-Nitrophenol reduction by NaBH 4 may proceed via two pathways, one involving dissolved hydrogen. This makes the reaction sensitive to hydrogen transport with important implications for its use as a test reaction.
