Vacancy-engineered MoSe 2 /CdS hollow heterostructures boosting visible-light-induced Z-scheme photocatalysis
Abstract
A S-vacancy-engineered MoSe 2 /CdS hollow heterostructure exhibited an outstanding visible-light-induced H 2 evolution capacity due to strengthened Z-scheme charge transport along with enhanced light capture and catalytic reaction kinetics.
