Flux crystal growth of potassium lanthanide double vanadates with lanthanide-dependent coordination number variance
Abstract
A modification of the typical glaserite structure has been synthesized via flux and observed via an as-of-yet unreported increase in lanthanide coordination number. The new structure, its synthesis, and the origin of the modification are discussed.
