Abstract

In this work, a series of spinel ferrites, CuFe 2 O 4 , CoFe 2 O 4 , ZnFe 2 O 4 , and partially substituted CuFe 2 O 4 with Co 2+ or Zn 2+ were synthesized via a co-precipitation route and systematically evaluated as photo-electrocatalysts for HER in neutral media.
