Synthesis, structures and catalytic properties of two organic–inorganic hybrid polyoxometalates built from {Ni 6 PW 9 } units
Abstract
Two Ni 6 -added POMs were made via a lacunary-directing synthetic strategy: dimeric {Ni 6 PW 9 (3,5-DDB)} 1 {Ni 6 PW 9 (3,5-DDB)} 2 ( 1 ) and chain-like {Ni 6 PW 9 (5-HIP)} n ( 2 ), showing high electrocatalytic activity for H 2 O 2 /NO 2 − reduction and higher DBT desulfurization conversion, respectively.
