Seawater-assisted biomass upgrading with stable catalytic activity for 1500 hours
Abstract
A highly active and stable HMFOR electrode was made via NF surface reconstruction in seawater. In alkaline seawater electrolyte, it suppresses OER, promotes HMFOR, and maintains continuous operation for 1500 h, setting a benchmark in the HMFOR field.
