Abstract

We designed an RbGeI 3 -based perovskite solar cell under ideal and non-ideal conditions. The PCE drops from 30.41% to 19.68% due to non-idealities. Finally, ML and DL models are used to analyze the influence of non-ideal inputs on the device PCE.
