An enzymatically amplified electrochemical sensor for the sensitive and label-free monitoring of uranyl ions in environmental waters
Abstract
A label-free electrochemical sensor was developed for detection of UO 2 2+ by integrating a specific DNAzyme with exonuclease III. The sensor achieved a detection limit of 28.72 pM and was applied to the analysis of real environmental water samples.
