Synergistic corrosion inhibition of propargyl alcohol and Schiff base on the corrosion of mild steel in hot HCl solution
Abstract
A new two-part corrosion inhibitor has been formulated. It aims to lower costs and toxicity while effectively protecting mild steel in the hot, concentrated HCl used for industrial acid cleaning and oil well operations.
