Abstract
A sequential doping strategy enables controlled Nb/Ba incorporation in BiOI-derived BiVO 4 . Nb enhances bulk transport while Ba enriches the surface, synergistically improving charge separation and surface kinetics for efficient photoelectrochemical water oxidation.
