Abstract

a 1,2,3-triazole linker, were prepared using a 'click' chemistry route. This synthetic approach enables the generation of oligonucleotide conjugates designed to engage specific sugar receptors, including glucose transporters as well as GalNAc and maltoheptaose-binding receptors.
