Abstract

A rare example of radical ligand-wrapped open shell singlet Co( ii ) complex, [ 1 ]PF 6 , demonstrated resistive switching memory with a large ON/OFF ratio, high endurance and long retention time, representing its potential towards neuromorphic computing.
