Abstract

Dilution of Er( iii ) and Yb( iii ) in coordination polymers with dicyanido-Ag( i ) ions using Eu( iii ) leads to the linkage of luminescent thermometry and nanomagnetism, both of which are enhanced upon their conjunction.
