Size-dependent electronic structure of titanium-oxo-alkoxides: exploring quantum confinement at the smallest sizes
Abstract
Ti-oxo-alkoxides with 1–18 Ti atoms allow study of electronic size effects of titanium oxide materials at the smallest sizes. The lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) position is significantly affected by size.
