Abstract

Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) with Multi-Angle Light Scattering (SEC-MALS), and Surface-Plasmon-Resonance (SPR), demonstrated superior retention of antibody integrity. Our potential-controlled affinity membrane chromatography (PCAMC) offers a revolutionary alternative to traditional techniques, boosting efficiency and sustainability while overcoming the limitations of conventional affinity methods. This study sets the stage for a cost-effective and eco-friendly future in antibody therapeutics.
