Edge magnetism in colloidal MoS 2 triangular nanoflakes
Abstract
Edge topology governs magnetism in S-terminated, H-passivated triangular MoS 2 nanoflakes. Beyond ∼1.5 nm, magnetic islands form on specific Mo edge atoms, enabling robust, topology-driven spin control.
