Biochar-capped iron oxide nanocomposites prepared by ultrasonic method as nanophotocatalysts for the degradation of organic dyes using response surface methodology
Abstract
Biochar capped iron oxide nanocomposites synthesized via an ultrasound method were used as photocatalysts using response surface methodology. The nanocomposites degraded 99.86% of Congo red and achieved 99.28% degradation of crystal violet.
