Stability-oriented design of a MoO 3 /TAPC hybrid bilayer hole transport layer for scalable organic solar cells
Abstract
By implementing the MoO 3 /TAPC hybrid bilayer structure in inverted OSCs, the device achieved a PCE of 16.49% for unit cells and 13.95% for mini-modules, demonstrating exceptional long-term operational photostability.
