Morphology of compound viscoelastic drops in extensional flows
Abstract
We analyze compound viscoelastics drop in uniaxial extensional flows, where the phases are modelled by the Giesekus constitutive model. For limiting cases, asymptotic solutions are derived and subsequently used to perform a detailed parametric study.
