Non-stoichiometric design for engineering oxygen vacancies and enhanced ionic transport in Cu–Mg-doped bismuth vanadate electrolytes
Abstract
A lattice-engineering strategy via non-stoichiometric design is developed for BIVCUMGOX solid electrolytes. Precise modulation of oxygen vacancies and shortened ion-hopping distances significantly enhances the low-temperature ionic conductivity.
