Halide removal and SiO 2 @TiO 2 composite passivation: enhancing InP QD photooxidation stability for WLEDs
Abstract
Residual halide ions on InP QDs accelerate oxidative degradation via moisture adsorption. Halide removal plus SiO 2 @TiO 2 shell construction modulates hydrophobicity and seals mesopores, enhancing stability. This extends WLED T85 lifetime beyond 530 h.
