Anion-engineered chalcogenide perovskites Ba 2 HfCh 4 : from light emitters to photovoltaics
Abstract
Through anion (Te) alloying, stable Ba 2 HfCh 4 perovskites are tuned from direct-gap emitters with large exciton binding energies to optimal photovoltaic absorbers, achieving predicted efficiencies up to ∼27%.
