Amphoteric molecular engineering of the buried SnO 2 /perovskite interface toward efficient and durable solar cells
Abstract
The amphoteric small molecule dichloro(diethylamino)phosphine (DDP) effectively enhances the crystallinity of perovskite films and passivates defects at the buried interfaces, achieving an efficiency of 25.54% with impressive thermal stability.
