Abstract

A novel macrocyclic GBCA, namely Gd-IN-DO3A, was designed, which exhibits an assembly-dissociable feature with HSA at Sudlow site II via moderate non-covalent interactions. The HSA-adducts ensure enhanced T 1 -weighted MRI and favorable in vivo profiles.
