Ionizable mesoporous silica nanoparticle-mediated siAURKB delivery for colorectal cancer therapy
Abstract
An ionizable mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN) for siRNA delivery was developed by modifying diethylamino groups onto the surface. After loading with Aurora-B siRNA, the formulated nanomedicine realized effective colorectal cancer therapy.
