Abstract

Triarylamine-BODIPYs BTA1 – BTA4 were synthesized, and their photophysical, electrochemical, spectroelectrochemical, and charge carrier mobility were studied. BTA2 – BTA4 exhibit high hole mobilities of ∼10 −2 cm 2 V −1 s −1 .
