A portable salivary 17β-estradiol sensor with a label-free organic field-effect transistor
Abstract
An OFET-based biosensor enables stable, non-invasive detection of 17β-estradiol in saliva with an ultralow detection limit of 0.27 fg mL −1 . The portable device shows high selectivity in complex samples, supporting personalized hormone monitoring.
