Research progress in double perovskite oxide half-metals for magnetic storage technology
Abstract
This review summarizes recent progress of double perovskite oxide half-metals (DPOHMs) for magnetic storage devices from experimental and theoretical aspects as well as their applications in MTJs, spin valves, and spin field-effect transistors.
