Disorder-induced topological properties in CoFeCrZ (Z = Al and Ga) Heusler alloys: from spin gapless semiconductors to magnetic Weyl semimetals
Abstract
B2-type disorder destabilizes the spin gapless semiconducting phase, drives the system into a magnetic Weyl semimetallic state, enhances the intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity and induces topologically protected surface states.
