Charge carrier dynamics modulation of Ag x InS 2 thin films for high-performance photodetection
Abstract
Charge carrier dynamics of Ag 0.8 InS 2 films were characterized via transient absorption, which facilitated the rational fabrication of associated devices. The optimized devices achieve UV-visible switchable photoresponse with high performance.
