Oxygen-vacancy-enabled charge separation in distorted orthorhombic YFeO 3
Abstract
Orthorhombic YFeO 3 leverages oxygen-vacancy states and lattice distortion for intrinsic charge separation. This drives a cooperative e − , ˙O 2 − , 1 O 2 and ˙OH network for universal visible-light organic pollutant degradation.
