Abstract

Trap-mediated photocarrier dynamics govern transient responses in hybrid phototransistors. TES-ADT/IGZO heterojunction shows fast photodetection, while TIPS-Tc/IGZO exhibits gate-controlled trap redistribution for programmable memory and forgetting.
