Abstract

We demonstrate a robust magnetoelectric coupling enabled by ferroelectric polarization switching in 1L- and 2L-CrSe 2 /Sc 2 CO 2 vdW heterostructures, which provides a viable route toward electrically controlled magnetism in low-dimensional systems.
