Competitive supramolecular assembly tunes anthracene emission over 165 nm via controlled π-overlap
Abstract
-nitrophenylboronic acid/9,10-bis(pyridin-4-ylethynyl)anthracene assemblies yields five crystalline phases, where tunable anthracene π-overlap (0-64.5%) controls solid-state emission (569-734 nm) and defines a direct structure-property relationship.
